Phase 1
Phase 1 of Cromwell Community College''s BSF project is the construction of new 3G rubber astro-turf pitches with accompanying changing facilities.
Phase 2
The plan is that at the end of Year 1, the project will give us:
- A new 4 badminton court sized sports hall,
- New changing rooms,
- 5 new ICT rooms to replace the ones we have now,
- New Design and Technology Rooms,
- Open Access ICT Area,
- New Salons for Hair & Beauty.

Phase 3
The Old Sports Hall will become the new dining hall, with the kitchen in what is currently the store cupboard. A mezzanine floor will also be installed providing state of the art sixth form facilities including a common room and study area. There will also be other changes inside the existing school, with sections being completely remodelled. Further changes will include:
- New School Entrance,
- New Staff Room,
- 2 New Science Labs,
