This course enables pupils to develop their knowledge, skills and understanding of Food and Nutrition with an emphasis on healthy eating, hygiene and safety. At GCSE Food Technology is an option subject. ICT facilities for Food Technology include Nutritional analysis software that is accessible from home.

- Year 7 - healthy cafe
- Year 8 - design and make food for the school canteen
- Year 9 - design and make Fentastic food (local food produce).
