hesitate to contact school by either telephone or if possible email. Please email the office with your
child’s name and form group and it will be forwarded on to the relevant person.

Welfare Assistant: |
Mrs C Arnold |
Each year group has a welfare assistant attached to them. Our welfare assistant
is also a cover supervisor so her time is split between covering lessons for
absent staff and working with Mrs Mocherla. Mrs Arnold has many jobs to carry out

Application Forms For Post of Responsibility
At the end of year 10 students will apply for a post of responsibility. Students are then selected
for interview. The tutor team, Mr Robinson and Miss Reeve interview students and then select senior
prefects and other positions from this process.
The following link shows the list of potential responsibility students can take – they can apply for
more than one position.
Progress Files
A progress file is produced at the end of year 10 and continued into Year 11. Pupils keep a record
of any certificates or qualifications they have gained over Key Stage 4 and anything relevant from Key
Stage 3. Pupils take their progress files to interviews to show colleges and employers their strengths.
The following link is the contents page and an idea what is required of the student to put into their
progress file.
