Focus for Year 9
The Pathways
This is a crucial year for year 9 as is marks the beginning of selected pathways (Darby, Atkins
and Cooper) for each pupils based on FFT live targets and the crucial decision of choosing the
appropriate options for years 10 and 11. Parents evening, Options evening held in mid January and
Individual Learning Programmes (ILP) set up with the help of form tutors are all designed to help
guide the pupils through this process.
