We use Arbor for communication, reports, homework and timetables. We like to encourage all parents to download the Arbor App so you can keep in touchl:

• You don’t need to log in to pick up messages or attachments when you use the App.
• The App stores all the messages we send you in one place.
• Every message sent arrives as an instant alert on your mobile.

ParentMail

Cromwell is a cashless College, and ParentMail is currently used as our online payment system. You can make payments to top-up dinner money or pay for school trips/items, whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, using either your debit or credit card, safe in the knowledge that the payment website has been security checked by many Local Authorities and uses the highest internet security standards.

In addition, Primary Phase parents/carers can use ParentMail to select their child's school meals, for up to 12 weeks in advance.

Once registered with ParentMail, if you have an Android or Apple smartphone, we highly recommend you download the ParentMail App for the best user experience. To do this, simply search for 'ParentMail' in your App store.

ParentMail is registered with the Information Commissioner and guarantees that all information you provide will be kept private and will not be passed on to any other organisation.
