This Thursday is A Level/KS5 Results Day and next Thursday is GCSE/KS4 Results Day! Pupils can access their results in three different ways: Option 1: Pupils can attend school directly to collect their results in person from the Primary Hall, accessed via the Eastwood Car Park. Advice and support will be available. If you wish for another person including parents/carers to collect your results, the pupil must send written confirmation to examsofficer@cromwell.cambs.sch.uk prior to the Results Day. Option 2: Results will be emailed to the pupil's email address after midday on Results Day. Pupil's school email addresses have been re-enabled and will be accessible until 31 August. Option 3: Results not collected will be posted by the following Friday by second class post to the home address we have on record at school. We wish you all the best of luck!

🎉 Yesterday was Celebration Day at Cromwell! 🎉 We celebrated another successful twelve months of great academic successes, sporting achievements and lots of positive behaviours demonstrating our core values. Pupils across primary and secondary phases spent their last day of this academic year enjoying the inflatables, ice creams, cinema and their final assemblies! 🌟

Congratulations to Khloe, Austeja, Ayani, Ellie and Juleka who received Amazon vouchers from Mr Stevenson today for the end of term Attendance Raffle! And an extra special congratulations to our Year 7 boy who won the top prize of an Apple iPad 🎉 For every week that pupils attend 100% throughout the term they earn a raffle ticket and for every 5 weeks where they achieve 95% attendance or more they earn a bonus 5 tickets! Wow! We had so many achievements to celebrate in the Primary Phase assembly yesterday! From swimming, running challenges and Rainbows to Activity Passports and Character Education Journals! Congratulations to all 🎉

Today was Celebration Day at Cromwell and our Sixth Form students had an action-packed day! It started with them blasting through the inflatables! ⬇ They then played an escape room murder mystery – students had to study packs of evidence comprising of crime scene photos, witness statements, coroners reports, newspaper articles, family photos, maps interview reports etc. They had three objectives - to prove one suspects innocence, find an incorrect witness statement and then identify the guilty suspect. It was a closely fought race but congratulations to the winning team! Students then enjoyed an ice-cream before battling it out again in one of Mr Quarmby’s famous quizzes – summer edition. We all shared in a round of cake before a final farewell for the summer. We are so proud of our year 12 students, they have had a fantastic year and we are really excited for the successes we know they will achieve next year 🌟

Cromwell Primary Phase hosted their 1st Annual 'Volunteer Tea Party' this morning! 🫖💐🍰 We are truly grateful for the time, dedication and support that our volunteers have given, which has made a real difference to our school community this year!

Today is Sports Enrichment Day for our secondary phase at Cromwell! Staff from across the College and external providers have volunteered their expertise to offer taster sessions, giving pupils the opportunity to learn new, exciting skills including: 🏹 Archery 🥋 Self-Defence ⚽️ Lioness Fitness with Jess Clarke (50+ England Caps) 🏌️‍♀️ Mini Golf ⚽️ Peterborough United Football Skills 🤸‍♀️ Cheerleading 🧘‍♀️ Yoga 🎾 Pickleball Thank you to all involved with providing these fantastic opportunities!

Our Key Stage 2 children enjoyed a visit to the Wenny Park today as an end of term treat! They had their lunch, followed by an ice lolly and fun in the park with their friends! 🥪🛝🌳

🥳 Year 11 Prom 2026! 🥳 A brilliant evening was had by all on Friday 3 July celebrating our Year 11 Leavers' Prom at the Marriott Hotel in Huntingdon! Stunning dresses, stylish suits and incredible vehicles made for some spectacular entrances, followed by amazing moves on the dance floor! 🕺 Thank you so much to Mrs Macwilliam for organising a fantastic evening 🎉

Year 10 student, Initial, has been with us in the Learning Hub for her 2-week Work Experience and has worked so hard! She has helped organise and clean the library as well as create a ‘Timeline of Fiction’ for us in the Hub, we are delighted with it and hope she feels proud every time she sees it! She has treated us to another of her wonderful creations, a gorgeous cake which tastes as good as it looks! Thank you Initial for all your hard work and being so kind. We will have you back anytime!

Year 3 have been developing their cooking skills this week 👩‍🍳 The children have learnt how to cut, grate and peel safely. Today the children made their own bread roll and chopped and peeled summer vegetables to fill them!

Our Sixth Form students have had a fantastic few days in France! 🇫🇷 It started with a visit to the Eiffel Tower and a scenic river cruise past Notre Dame, followed by a magical day at Disneyland Paris ending with the stunning fireworks and laser show! 🇫🇷 Today they enjoyed some sightseeing in Lille before heading home on the ferry We're delighted to say they’ve all had a brilliant time together! 🇫🇷

Thank you to all of our Primary Phase families who braved the heat yesterday evening to attend our Celebration of Work Event! Parents and carers were able to take a look through their child's work from this year 📖 listen to some beautiful performances by the Key Stage children 🎶 meet Finn the therapy dog and his owner Nick 🦮 view the Produce Show entries 🥕and see their child's classroom for next year. It was great to celebrate their achievements with you all!
